What it is:

Instrument Driver for National Instruments LabVIEW application for G⁴.

G4LabVIEW was developed and tested with LabVIEW 2012 32-bit and 64-bit versions.

Notes:

· This instrument driver works with the Polhemus G⁴ tracker only.

· Other trackers support is provided in a separate instrument driver (PDILV).

· Unlike other Polhemus LabVIEW instrument drivers, G4LabVIEW is not based directly on the PDI software development kit. It is based directly on the G4Track DLL v1.4.0, found in the latest G⁴ Host Software CD (here).

· This instrument driver can also be obtained from the National Instruments website.

Release Notes:

The Polhemus G4LabVIEW Instrument Driver has been developed and tested against the latest version, 1.0.4 of the G4Track DLL tracking engine for G⁴.

G4LabVIEW was built and tested against 32- and 64-bit versions of LabVIEW 2012.

How to Install:

· The .zip file contains two internal .zip files,G4TRACK_LV32.zip and G4TRACK_LV64.zip.

· Extract the internal G4TRACK_LV32.zip file into the instr.lib folder in your National Instruments LabVIEW 2012 32-bit installation.

· Extract the internal G4TRACK_LV64.zip file into the instr.lib folder in your National Instruments LabVIEW 2012 64-bit installation.
